I’m about to ROCK your ROAD to DQ… 🍦

However, I’m NOT about to ROCK your diet or your bikini bod.

Both of which a DQ Blizzard will do.

Yeah of course I went through a phase of itching for that blizzard treat on a hot summer day throughout high school.

Every now and then I’d have one… I’d enjoy it.. and then my body would feel not just rocked after but wrecked.

❌Loads of sugar, additives and dairy.❌

I literally don’t know the last time I went though that .. because I prefer a less aesthetic version of this ROCKY ROAD every single day. 

100% not just curves my daily cravings but fulfills them.

HOW: Make this. Add a ton of cereal.

And then you have an aesthetic version of my every day post workout meal, 

AKA BETTER THAN A BLIZZARD.❤️

Instructions
  1. Blend protein, banana, milk and ice together into a frothy protein milkshake mix.
  2. Pour half into a glass.
  3. Blend Hazelnut spread into the remaining half.
  4. Pour on top of first half.
  5. Add crushed chocolate almonds!
  6. DEVOUR.
