The airfryer category on here is starting to become as dense as the no bake treats category…
I’m not mad about it, especially when a solid amount of them include Kay’s Naturals protein pretzels.
However, pretty sure that being five years in with the only appliance I use daily outside of my blender (aka my airfryer) deserves a Cyber Monday upgrade…

- 1 cup Kays Original Protein Pretzel Sticks
- 1/4 cup yogurt Cashew or Greek or Quark
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 package Tofu
Ingredients

- Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Make sure to press out any excess moisture using paper towels or a clean kitchen towel from you tofu.
- In a small mixing bowl mix together the yogurt, Dijon, maple syrup and spices.
- Separately crush the pretzels on to a plate.
- Cut the tofu into cubes or slices.
- One by one coat each piece of tofu through the yogurt mixture and then cover with the crushed pretzels.
- Firmly press the pretzel pieces into the tofu to ensure they stick and that each piece is well coated.
- Repeat for all pieces.
- Pop into the air fryer at 350 F for 5-8 minutes closely watching!
- Serve the extra yogurt mixture as a dip for the crispy popcorn tofu pieces!
