Popcorn Tofu Bites
The easiest and most high protein non-meat popcorn (not chicken) bites you will ever make! All you need is a handful of tasty ingredients to whip up a batch in your air fryer within minutes!

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Make sure to press out any excess moisture using paper towels or a clean kitchen towel from you tofu.
  3. In a small mixing bowl mix together the yogurt, Dijon, maple syrup and spices.
  4. Separately crush the pretzels on to a plate.
  5. Cut the tofu into cubes or slices.
  6. One by one coat each piece of tofu through the yogurt mixture and then cover with the crushed pretzels.
  7. Firmly press the pretzel pieces into the tofu to ensure they stick and that each piece is well coated.
  8. Repeat for all pieces.
  9. Pop into the air fryer at 350 F for 5-8 minutes closely watching!
  10. Serve the extra yogurt mixture as a dip for the crispy popcorn tofu pieces!
