Ingredients
- 1 c Peach Compote
- 1.5 c almond flour
- 3 tbsp Nut butter cashew or almond
- 45 g BioHealth Collagen
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup separated
- 2-3 tbsp Milk plant based *if needed
- 1/3 c Oats rolled or old fashion
- 1/2 c Granola

Instructions
- Line an 8x8 dish with parchment paper, set aside.
- To prepare the filling, gently toss together peach compote by stove top cooking OR you can just use the diced peaches!
- Blend flour and collagen in a food processor until mixed.
- Add in nut butter and 1 tbsp maple syrup.
- Pulse blend until a crumbly texture forms* if mixture is too dry add in milk one tbsp at a time.
- Spread mixture evenly across the bottom of a square pan, and gently pack down with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 15 min.
- In a bowl mix together peach compote, oats and 1 tbsp of syrup.
- Add compote mixture on top of base layer in pan.
- Coat over with granola.
- Gently press down with a spatula over top layer.
- Chill for 1-2 hours.
- Cut the bars carefully to serve!
