Ingredients

Peach Compote

Instructions
Line an 8×8 dish with parchment paper, set aside.
To prepare the filling, gently toss together peach compote by stove top cooking OR you can just use the diced peaches!
Blend flour and collagen in a food processor until mixed.
Add in nut butter and 1 tbsp maple syrup.
Pulse blend until a crumbly texture forms* if mixture is too dry add in milk one tbsp at a time.
Spread mixture evenly across the bottom of a square pan, and gently pack down with a spatula.
Refrigerate for at least 15 min.
In a bowl mix together peach compote, oats and 1 tbsp of syrup.
Add compote mixture on top of base layer in pan.
Coat over with granola.
Gently press down with a spatula over top layer.
Chill for 1-2 hours.
Cut the bars carefully to serve!
