Ingredients
- 2 cans Albacore Tuna water drained
- 1/4 cup almond flour Nature’s Eats
- 1 Egg whisked
- 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Remember to drain your tuna before mixing all your ingredients- recommend using a cheesecloth.
- In a medium mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until combined.
- Form the tuna cakes.
- Heat a medium nonstick skillet, place your cakes and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately, Enjoy!
