Daily loaded oats are my third love child. I think that’s also why i love brinner (breakfast for dinner duh) so much.. brinner is when i get to make omelets, pancakes, waffles etc.

Mornings are 100% reserved for this daily bowl of heaven. I miss it when I travel, seriously. 😂

Overnight Coffee Oats
1/3 cup Rolled Oats (40g) 2/3 cup Organic Coffee 1/4 cup Eggwhites 1/2 cup Cauliflower, riced 2 tbsp PB Powder 1 heaping tbsp PB Blueberries

  1. The night before— add Oats in organic coffee to soak and settle overnight.
  2. In the morning heat up the soaked oats for 1 minute.
  3. Add 1/4 cup egg-whites, heat for 30-45 seconds. Stir until super thick!
  4. Stir and add in 1/2 cup riced cauliflower (most stores have it in the frozen veg aisle!) then heat for another minute.
  5. Pour in powdered peanutbutter to add another next level thickness.
  6. Finally add in blueberries (slightly sautéed in almond milk if you want to get fancy) and top with aaaallll the peanutbutter.

It really doesn’t take long, especially when you get in the routine of it every single morning. Believe me... this bowl is worth every last spoonful to say the least. I friggen love breakfast.
