Ingredients
- Cookie Dough:
- 3/4 c Cashew butter
- 1/4 c Honey
- 3/4 c Cashew Flour
- 1/4 c Chocolate Chips
- Nicecream:
- 1 c Strawberries frozen
- 30 g BioHealth Nutrition Strawberry Shortcake Protein Powder
- 1/4 c Milk plant based or of choice
- 3-4 Icecubes

Instructions
- Line medium loaf pan with parchment paper; set aside.
- In a bowl combine cashew butter with honey.
- Stir in flour.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Press cookie dough into pan, evenly pressing into all four corners.
- Place in freezer for 10 minutes.
- In a food processor or blender, blend together frozen strawberries, milk, and protein powder until smooth.
- Remove pan from freezer and smooth over nicecream layer.
- Place back in freezer for 2 hours or until all layers have set.
Recipe Notes
*Date syrup, maple syrup and agave nectar work as well
