FAVORITE CHILDHOOD FAM MEAL TRADITION?!
If you bleed some Italian it mostly definitely involves pasta, and usually lands on Sundays. 🍝
So since I can do whatever I want.. (thank you to the creator of Vodka sauce) I’m throwing in a VEGGIE PATTY and bone broth.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Pasta Veggie or Regular
- 1 Veggie Patty Hilary’s Eats Well
- 1/2 Yellow Onion small
- 1/2 cup Marinara
- 1/4 cup Broth bone or veggie
- 1 tbsp EVOO extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
- Cook pasta according to box instructions.
- Separately, chop 1/2 small yellow onion and sauté in extra virgin olive oil on medium low until translucent.
- In the same sauté pan, add in one veggie patty and stir to break into tiny pieces
- Season to taste: dried oregano & basil, salt, fresh ground black pepper
- Add in marinara and 1/4 cup broth.
- Simmer until slightly reduced (thickened).
- Remove from heat and toss in pasta.
- Top with all your favorites!
