Instructions
  1. Cook pasta according to box instructions.
  2. Separately, chop 1/2 small yellow onion and sauté in extra virgin olive oil on medium low until translucent.
  3. In the same sauté pan, add in one veggie patty and stir to break into tiny pieces
  4. Season to taste: dried oregano & basil, salt, fresh ground black pepper
  5. Add in marinara and 1/4 cup broth.
  6. Simmer until slightly reduced (thickened).
  7. Remove from heat and toss in pasta.
  8. Top with all your favorites!
