Sooo now that I switched out my winter coats to summer clothes overnight it’s time to keep stocking up the freezer with cold tasty no bake treats!

Ingredients
- 1/2 c Pretzels
- 1.5 c Peanut Butter American Dream Breakfast in Bed
- 1/2 c Coconut Oil
- 1/2 c Vanilla Protein Powder plant based
- 1/4 c Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Pecans crushed

Instructions
- Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
- Arrange pretzel sticks vertically on base of dish, be sure to cover the entire bottom.
- In a medium bowl combine coconut oil and nut butter in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave until coconut oil and peanut butter melt, stirring every 15-20 seconds.
- Whisk in syrup.
- Mix protein powder in quickly.
- Quickly pour mixture into dish on top of pretzels.
- Lightly press mixture down then sprinkle over with pecans.
- Lightly press pecans into fudge.
- Melt the 1 tbsp extra of both coconut oil and nut butter.
- Refrigerate or freezer for 15-30 minutes.
