I got an idea from a podcast keeping a JOY list that I think you’ll want to try out as well…
So the idea is to have an on going list throughout your day to keep track of SPECIFIC things that bring you JOY and specific things that DON’T but for some reason you do anyways.
For example:
🤚🏻Kill-Joy:
Taking a specific route to the gym (trains)
Trying to get back into Facebook
Email pop up notifications enabled (removed texts years ago)
🤘🏻Joy:
Post lift jump roping
Getting all my daily photography done by 3pm
Making a weekly batch of homemade granola
The idea is to work on completely eliminating the “Kill-Joy” list, and embracing the “Joy” list more and more. 💗
Hence a fresh batch of ALMOND JOY GRANOLA… which I highly recommend you to add to a Joy list of your own.
