The only thing HOTTER then practicing gratitude? HEALTHY HOT POCKETS.
You already know I LOVE to get saucey with Organico Bello marina .. so why not pile on in the meat and veggies for a loaded extravaganza wrapped inside a warm and cozy almond flour pocket.
Oh and did I mention… only FIVE INGREDIENTS needed to make the pocket! I promise you already have the ingredients, since the grocery store most likely is not an option anyways.

Ingredients
- 1 Whole Egg
- 1 cup almond flour
- Spices of choice (garlic powder, onion powder, oregano)
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 cup Tomato Basil Marinara Organico Bello
- 4 oz Lean Ground Beef or Turkey
- Veggies and Cheese of choice
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil

Instructions
- First, cook ground meat as you normally would.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg.
- Sift in the almond flour and then baking powder.
- Whisk very well until clumps are removed, adding coconut oil (melted) as well.
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper using extra flour and a rolling pin.
- Add in ground meat, marinara sauce, cheese and veggies.
- Fold over into a pocket and pinch along the sides to ensure it is closed tightly to cook.
- On low heat, heat up a lightly sprayed small pan.
- Cook and flip back and forth until crispy!
