  1. First, cook ground meat as you normally would.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg.
  3. Sift in the almond flour and then baking powder.
  4. Whisk very well until clumps are removed, adding coconut oil (melted) as well.
  5. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper using extra flour and a rolling pin.
  6. Add in ground meat, marinara sauce, cheese and veggies.
  7. Fold over into a pocket and pinch along the sides to ensure it is closed tightly to cook.
  8. On low heat, heat up a lightly sprayed small pan.
  9. Cook and flip back and forth until crispy!
