Taking a MUNCHKIN step back from my overnight summer to Halloween recipes to SWEETEN you all up a bit.
I’ve said it before… i’m an outcast that actually doesn’t like traditional donuts.
DOUNT AT ME, they just kind of drive my stomach GLAZY with all the processed ingredients and refined sugar.
I’ll do a munchkin here or there but that’s about it…
What i do love a HOLE lot more?

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
- ⅓ cup Apple Sauce unsweeteened
- 1 cup Whole-wheat pastry flour or Cassava
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 cup Sugar Free Sweetner
- 1/4 cup Oat Milk
- 1 Egg

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, stir the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt until combined.
- In another medium bowl, whisk together apple cider, apple sauce, sugar, oat milk, oil and egg until combined.
- Add wet mixture to flour mixture, and stir until just combined.
- Spoon batter evenly into a lightly sprayed donut pan.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until tooth pick tested clean.
- Cool in pan for 2 minutes before removing.
