Apple cider vinegar

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, stir the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt until combined.
In another medium bowl, whisk together apple cider, apple sauce, sugar, oat milk, oil and egg until combined.
Add wet mixture to flour mixture, and stir until just combined.
Spoon batter evenly into a lightly sprayed donut pan.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until tooth pick tested clean.
Cool in pan for 2 minutes before removing.
