- Bottom Layer :
- 1 cup Kays Cinnamon Toast Protein Pretzels crushed
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil melted
- Middle layer:
- 250 g Cashew Cream Cheese or regular
- 60 g Vanilla Protein Powder or sugar free vanilla pudding mix
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- Top layer
- 1/4 cup Nut butter very drippy
- 2 tbsp Natural Sweetener
- 2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
Ingredients

- Lightly spray a muffin or place baking cups in a tin.
- In a bowl, combine melted coconut oil and crushed pretzels for the base layer.
- Press down into cups.
- Place into the freezer for a few minutes.
- Whisk together all ingredients for the middle layer.
- Spoon into cups on top of base.
- Place into the freezer for a few minutes.
- Combine ingredients for top layer.
- Spread mixture on top of middle layer in cups.
- Freeze for 20-30 minutes or until firm!
