Egg Nog Crunch Cups
No season is complete without no bake treats in our house! Especially when it comes in a seasonally appropriate cup filled with guilt free ingredients and still gives off egg nog vibes!

Instructions
  1. Lightly spray a muffin or place baking cups in a tin.
  2. In a bowl, combine melted coconut oil and crushed pretzels for the base layer.
  3. Press down into cups.
  4. Place into the freezer for a few minutes.
  5. Whisk together all ingredients for the middle layer.
  6. Spoon into cups on top of base.
  7. Place into the freezer for a few minutes.
  8. Combine ingredients for top layer.
  9. Spread mixture on top of middle layer in cups.
  10. Freeze for 20-30 minutes or until firm!
Recipe Notes
