Edible Samosa Cookie Dough

The Girl Scout motto is “Be prepared…”🍪

I was never a Girl Scout but I am currently prepared to eat all the Samosa cookie dough this weekend.

Because cookie dough is for eating not for baking.. AM I RIGHT?! 😜

Again, never a GS but I live for being outdoors as much as possible. 

So what better way to cap off summer than a Midwest outdoors/lake life getaway at the end of this month (how is it August already).

Brainstorm for me while you NO BAKE your batch:

Instructions
  1. In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine the coconut oil, milk syrup and extract.
  2. Stir in the almond flour, protein and coconut thoroughly.
  3. Place the mixture in the fridge for 10-20 minutes or until it slightly hardens.
  4. In another small dish, microwave the chocolate down to liquid form (add coconut oil if needed).
  5. Using a tbsp or spoon scoop out cookie dough into a tray or sheet.
  6. Drizzle over with chocolate.
