The Girl Scout motto is “Be prepared…”🍪
I was never a Girl Scout but I am currently prepared to eat all the Samosa cookie dough this weekend.
Because cookie dough is for eating not for baking.. AM I RIGHT?! 😜
Again, never a GS but I live for being outdoors as much as possible.
So what better way to cap off summer than a Midwest outdoors/lake life getaway at the end of this month (how is it August already).

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup Protein protein BioHealth Vanilla Whey
- 2-3 tbsp Oat Milk
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsp Coconut shredded/unsweetened
- 1/8 tsp Caramel extract (optional for taste)
- SF chocolate

Instructions
- In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine the coconut oil, milk syrup and extract.
- Stir in the almond flour, protein and coconut thoroughly.
- Place the mixture in the fridge for 10-20 minutes or until it slightly hardens.
- In another small dish, microwave the chocolate down to liquid form (add coconut oil if needed).
- Using a tbsp or spoon scoop out cookie dough into a tray or sheet.
- Drizzle over with chocolate.
