Ingredients
- 1/2 c Oats old fashion or rolled
- 30 g SilverFern Brand Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 tbsp Raw pecans chopped chopped
- 1/4 c Nut butter
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon ground
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg ground
- 1/4 c Carrot grated
- 2 tbsp Coconut unsweetened shredded
- White chocolate chips optional
- Raisins optional

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, pecans, protein powder and spices.
- Stir in nut butter and maple syrup until well combined.
- Lastly mix in the grated carrot and any optional add ons.
- Form into cookies!
