No new news, just like all my popcorn mixes so far this year the first batch of this baby disappeared pre-photography.

- 3 cups PopZero Cinema Popcorn
- 2.5 oz Apple Chips baked or bought
- 1 cup Coconut Oil melted,
- 1/3 cup Agave Nectar or maple syrup
- 2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp Caramel extract
Ingredients

- Preheat oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl mix popcorn and apple chips evenly.
- In a small bowl combine the coconut oil, agave, and 1 teaspoon salt.
- Stir in the cinnamon and extract.
- Drizzle the mixture onto the popcorn and stir to coat evenly.
- Pour the coated popcorn into the prepared pan, sprinkle evenly with the remaining 1 teaspoon salt and place the pan in the oven.
- Bake the popcorn for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Spread parchment paper onto your counter and, when the popcorn is done baking, pour it onto the prepared counter.
- Allow it to cool completely before digging in!
If desired drizzle over with a green apple mixture by whisking together vanilla pudding mix, oat milk and green food coloring!
