Berry Creamy Crepes

Oh well look what we have here.. a patriotic spread that fits just that. ✔️✔️✔️✔️

Which is slightly unfitting since crepes are a classic French cuisine. 😳

What better way to continue with this European brunch affair than to only using Wunder Creamery QUARK for the batter but filling crepes with QUARK too? ✌🏻

No better way. 

OK so maybe this isn’t as super patriotic as it looks.. but believe me, the taste is FIREWORKS. 🇺🇸

Berry Creamy Crepes

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Pulse blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds.
  3. Transfer the batter into a bowl. 
  4. Heat a lightly oiled or sprayed pan over medium/high heat.  
  5. Scoop the batter onto the pan, then tip and rotate the pan to spread batter as thinly as possible.
  6. Cook on both sides about 1-2 minutes on each.
  7. Once slightly cooled (but still warm) spread on Quark (or Greek Yogurt) down the center of each crepe.
  8. Roll up and top with your favorites!
