I’m going BANANAS … anyone other chronic travel planners out there? #MuffinMonday

Wellness weekend getaway destination is looking like southern WI- super close, convenient and dog friendly. 

Goal: to NOT make an excel spreadsheet, which is driving me NUTS. 🥜

Italy (first timer)

So in a NUT shell making an excel itinerary is even more APPEALING than usual, 

but again the idea is a wellness getaway,

an opportuNUTy to destress for 48 hours,

aka not to go BANANAS on plans. 🍌

Monday Mantra: I WALNUT give in to my cravings to excel… instead i will devour BANANA NUT MUFFINS. 😉

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a muffin tin with liners and nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk all wet ingredients until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
  4. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients bowl.
  5. Stir until combined.
  6. Pour into muffin tin and bake for about 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. If desired top with glaze and chocolate chips!
  8. Enjoy!
