Instructions
  1. In a large microwavable mug mash the banana with a fork
  2. Throughly mix in the peanut butter and whisked egg.
  3. Gently stir in in the flour, cinnamon, baking powder and sea salt.
  4. Microwave for 1-2 minute or until it is firm in the middle.
  5. Top with some more peanutbutter, chocolate chips, honey and sliced banana!
