Ingredients
- 1 Banana mashed
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter Honey Roast by Cape May Peanubutter Co
- 1 Egg whisked
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- pinch of Sea Salt

Instructions
- In a large microwavable mug mash the banana with a fork
- Throughly mix in the peanut butter and whisked egg.
- Gently stir in in the flour, cinnamon, baking powder and sea salt.
- Microwave for 1-2 minute or until it is firm in the middle.
- Top with some more peanutbutter, chocolate chips, honey and sliced banana!
