I can only say that is was DEVOUR-ABLE.
I’ve never even thought of using that term for granola before which says a lot.
I’m not sure I’ve never even really liked granola until I made this TBH.😳

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Cereal Kay’s Apple Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Mixed nuts
- 1/4 cup Honey or Maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, stir together cereal, oats, and cinnamon.
- Separately melt peanut butter, coconut oil and honey in a microwave-safe cup or bowl.
- Pour melted mix into the large bowl.
- Stir all ingredients together until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake granola for 15 minutes; stir.
- Using the back of a spatula, press the mixture down in an even layer in the pan. Bake for 10 more minutes, until granola is lightly browned.
- Let granola cool completely on the pan; it will crisp up as it cools.
- Store my granola in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks!
