Apple Cinnamon Granola

There’s a homemade granola point of quarantine and there’s a cut your own hair point.. I’ve hit both.🤟🏻

Don’t worry my luscious locks are still in tact.. but I cannot same the same for this full batch of APPLE CINNAMON GRANOLA. 🍎🥜

I can only say that is was DEVOUR-ABLE. 

I’ve never even thought of using that term for granola before which says a lot.  

I’m not sure I’ve never even really liked granola until I made this TBH.😳

So why does my batch beat every store shelf brand?

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together cereal, oats, and cinnamon.
  3. Separately melt peanut butter, coconut oil and honey in a microwave-safe cup or bowl.
  4. Pour melted mix into the large bowl.
  5. Stir all ingredients together until everything is evenly coated.
  6. Spread the mixture in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
  7. Bake granola for 15 minutes; stir.
  8. Using the back of a spatula, press the mixture down in an even layer in the pan. Bake for 10 more minutes, until granola is lightly browned.
  9. Let granola cool completely on the pan; it will crisp up as it cools.
  10. Store my granola in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks!
