Instructions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
In a large bowl, stir together cereal, oats, and cinnamon.
Separately melt peanut butter, coconut oil and honey in a microwave-safe cup or bowl.
Pour melted mix into the large bowl.
Stir all ingredients together until everything is evenly coated.
Spread the mixture in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
Bake granola for 15 minutes; stir.
Using the back of a spatula, press the mixture down in an even layer in the pan. Bake for 10 more minutes, until granola is lightly browned.
Let granola cool completely on the pan; it will crisp up as it cools.
Store my granola in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks!
