the big end of the year Q… are you ready for National Hangover Day?
Sound the alarms… you’ve almost made it through 2020!
But are you going to make it through tomorrow morning? ✌🏻
Here’s my advice…
✔️Sweat it out, but don’t kill yourself trying to “make up for last night” (dumb) but get moving, stay active and remember you’ll never regret a workout.
✔️STAY HYDRATED like all day, a lot. Keep refilling that water bottle.
✔️Vitamins and electrolytes are gold. Nothing makes me feel more “cleansed” then loading my body back up with natural supplements to aid the recovery process.
✔️FUEL YOUR BODY WITH GOOD EATS… blood sugar levels are associated with hangovers, fill up with nourishing meals- DO NOT AVOID FOOD.
And last but definitely not least…
Make AIR FRYER ONION RINGS… and then PUT AN EGG IN THEM! 🎉

- In a second medium shallow bowl whisk together the dry ingredients.
- Taking each onion ring, one by one dip them into the wet mix then into the dry mix.
- Place on wax paper or a baking sheet.
- Spray with olive oil to “seal.”
- Evenly space apart (do not overcrowd) in Air Fryer basket- you will need to do a few batches in total.
- Cook at 400 degrees for about five min then flip.
- Cook for an additional five min.
- To transform the air fried onion rings into a “egg basket” use a non-stick skillet on medium heat, well sprayed or oiled.
- Place rings one by one into the center of the skillet then carefully crack the egg inside of the onion ring.
- Cook on low for a few minutes, cover and remove from the heat allowing egg white to stiffened.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper!
You can also bake the Onion Rings at 450F for 30-35 minutes!
