PBJ MICROWAVE PROATMEAL
Do you have five minutes? Great, you have time for a healthy, protein filled PB&J loaded breakfast! This baked oats meets mug cake recipe tastes exactly like your favorite childhood flavors and it is filled with health benefits.
Ingredients
- 1/2 c Rolled Oats blended into flour if desired
- 30 G BioHealth Nutrition Protein Powder PB Cookie
- 2/3 c Oat milk any of choice
- 1/4 c Strawberries diced
- 2 tbsp Nut butter
Instructions
- In a glass bowl, mix together all ingredients.
- Place bowl in microwave and cook on high for 1 minute.
- Stir and cook for another minute.
- Top with nut butter of choice.
- Devour!
