Blended oats are having a moment and this traveling lady loves the concept of a smooth, creamy texture in the morning that is prepped and ready to go for me.
So this is clearly another trend I am diving face first into, which such positive results if I do say so myself.
Chunky Monkey Blended Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 40 g Oats
- 20 g Protein powder
- 10 g BareOrganics Banana Fruit Powder
- 1/2 c Milk
- 1/4 c Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter melted
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- Chocolate Chips mini
Instructions
- Add oats, protein powder, banana powder and milk to a blender.
- Pulse until thoroughly mixed.
- Mix in yogurt and pour into a small bowl or ramekin.
- Separately mix together melted peanut butter and maple syrup.
- Pour over oat bowl.
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips and place in the fridge overnight.
