Thin Mint Protein Truffles

Fudge no bake chocolate protein truffles that have a kick of mint flavor from crumbled Girl Scout cookies!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 c Protein Powder
  • 1/4 c BareOrganics Extra Rich Cacao Powder
  • 2/3 c Nut Butter
  • 2-3 tbsp Coconut Oil melted
  • 4-5 Thin Mint Cookies crushed
  • Chocolate melted (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Warm nut butter if it is not creamy/gooey out of the jar, combine with coconut oil.
  • Add to a mixing bowl with the remaining ingredients.
  • If batter is too dense add 1-2 tbsp of water or milk of choice.
  • Form 12-14 balls from about 2 tbsp of batter (each).
  • Drizzle with melted chocolate.
  • Chill to set for 15-20 min.
