Raspberry French Toast Roll Ups

Easy, sweet, tasty flatbread roll ups filled made within minutes and packed protein for a delicious brunch bite or between meal filling snack! Easily gluten free and vegan friendly.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Wraps gluten free flatbread
  • French Toast batter:
  • 2 Eggs flax
  • 2 tbsp Oat milk or milk of choice
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • Filling:
  • 4 oz Coconut Yogurt or yogurt of choice
  • 60 g BioHealth Nutrition Plant Protein Powder
  • 3 oz Raspberries cut in halves

Instructions
 

  • Heat a well sprayed frying pan.
  • In a long shallow dish, whisk together all of the batter ingredients.
  • One wrap at a time, submerge in the batter, shake off excess drip off and place in in skillet.
  • Cook for 30-60 seconds on each side or until golden.
  • In a small bowl combine yogurt and protein powder
Spread filling onto each flatbread.
  • Place raspberry halves on top.
  • Roll up wraps keeping filling inside.
  • Keep whole or slice into pieces!
