Raspberry French Toast Roll Ups
Easy, sweet, tasty flatbread roll ups filled made within minutes and packed protein for a delicious brunch bite or between meal filling snack! Easily gluten free and vegan friendly.

- 3 Wraps gluten free flatbread
- French Toast batter:
- 2 Eggs flax
- 2 tbsp Oat milk or milk of choice
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- Filling:
- 4 oz Coconut Yogurt or yogurt of choice
- 60 g BioHealth Nutrition Plant Protein Powder
- 3 oz Raspberries cut in halves
Heat a well sprayed frying pan.
In a long shallow dish, whisk together all of the batter ingredients.
One wrap at a time, submerge in the batter, shake off excess drip off and place in in skillet.
Cook for 30-60 seconds on each side or until golden.
In a small bowl combine yogurt and protein powder
Spread filling onto each flatbread.
Place raspberry halves on top.
Roll up wraps keeping filling inside.
Keep whole or slice into pieces!
