Pumpkin Spice Protein Fudge

A super simple healthier way to fudge! High protein, seasonal, dairy free and made with minimal pantry ingredients. They are a delicious bite-size treat to have throughout your day!

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ c American Dream Nut butter Basic B
  • 45 g Protein powder Vanilla
  • 4 tbsp Coconut Oil melted
  • ¼ c Pumpkin pure
  • ¼ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 2-3 tbsp Dairy Free Milk *if needed
  • Toppings:
  • Chocolate Bark broken
  • Pumpkin Seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl mix together all ingredients (except milk and toppings until smooth.
  • Mixture should be thick and sticky, if dry add milk 1 tbsp at a time.
  • Line a 6x9 or 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
  • Pour mixture into lined pan.
  • Top with chocolate pieces and seeds.
  • Place in the freezer for approx 1 hour.
  • Cut into fudge pieces!

Notes

Store extras in the freezer.
