Pumpkin Cheesecake Brownies
Vegan friendly pumpkin filled brownies– super fudgy, dense and loaded with cacao! They are a decadent fall brownie topped with a sweet healthy pumpkin cheesecake layer to make for the perfect brownie flavor combination.

- 1 c Oat flour
- 1 c Bare Organics Cacao Powder extra rich
- 1/3 c Coconut Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c Applesauce unsweetened
- 1/4 c Chocolate Chips unsweetened
- 1 cup Milk dairy free
- 1/2 c Pumpkin pure
- Frosting:
- 1/2 c Pumpkin pure
- 1 c Yogurt or Cream cheese dairy free non-dairy yogurt
- 2 tbsp Coconut sugar or date
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon powder
Preheat the oven to 350F.
In a large bowl, whisk the oat flour, cacao powder, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a small bowl, mix together the remaining brownie ingredients.
Stir the wet mix to the dry bowl, do not over mix.
Transfer to a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl combine the frosting ingredients.
Pour frosting into pan on top of the brownie mixture, lightly swirl in with a knife.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350F watching carefully after 20 minutes.
Toothpick test and remove from the oven to cool before slicing.
