PB Twix Oatmeal Bars

For the days you need a sweet fix and you need it fast! Your favorite PB Twix flavor in oatmeal bar form with added protein, no dairy and completely gluten free!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c Oats rolled
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Oil melted
  • 3/4 c American Dream Nut Butter A Twixed Treat
  • 1/3 c Coconut Milk canned
  • 60 g PB Powder or PB Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 100 g Chocolate melted

Instructions
 

  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. 
In a mixing bowl combine oats and coconut oil.
  • Press down into base of loaf pan.
  • In the same bowl used, combine peanut butter, coconut milk, maple syrup and powder.
  • Once thoroughly mixed, spread over oat base layer in pan.
  • Top with melted chocolate.
  • Freeze for 2-3 hours before slicing into bars to serve.
