Oatmeal Cookie Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c Nut butter
  • 1/2 c Date Syrup or maple syrup or honey
  • 2 c Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 c Flour gluten free
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 c Yogurt of choice
  • 60 g Designer Protein Plant Protein Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Lightly spray an 8x8 baking dish,
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the nut butter and syrup until well combined.
  • Mix in the oats, flour and cinnamon until everything comes together.
  • Let the batter sit for a few minutes to thicken.
  • While the batter sits, prepare the filling by combining together yogurt and protein.
  • Tightly press 2/3 of the crust in the bottom of the sprayed pan.
  • Put the filling over the bottom layer and freeze for 15 minutes until thickened but not fully frozen.
  • Take out and crumble the remaining 1/3 of the mixture over the filling.
  • Lightly press down then freeze for 30 minutes longer or until firm.
