Nothing beats capping off summer treats than with healthier cheesecake cups! Loaded with simple pantry ingredients and a whole lot of blueberry flavor! Easily vegan, no baking required and high protein!

- 1/2 c Oats
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup or date
- 1/3 c AmericanDream How You Brewin’ Almond butter
- FILLING
- 1 c Yogurt dairy free or regular
- 60 G Protein Powder Vanilla
- 1/3 c Blueberries frozen or fresh both work
- TOPPING
- 1 c White Chocolate Chips melted
Lightly spray or line a muffin tin.
Pulse blend together all ingredients for the crust.
Transfer mixture into muffin tin cups.
Blend or mix together all filling ingredients.
Spread filling mixture on top of crust.
Spoon or drizzle melted white chocolate as top layer.
Freeze until hardened.
Store extras in the freezer.
