No Bake Berry Breakfast Cookies

Healthier no bake cookies made with no sugar, dairy or gluten! They’re so festive for all red, white and blue festivities and require minimal time to make!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 servings Path of Life Organic Berry Steel Cut Oats
  • 1/2 c Oats rolled or quick
  • 1/4 c Coconut Oil melted
  • 1/4 c Nut butter creamy
  • 30 G Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp Plant milk
  • White Chocolate melted (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add melted coconut oil and nut butter in a large bowl and stir until combined.
  • Stir in protein powder, plant based milk, steel cut oats and rolled/quick oats into the bowl until combined.
  • Drop the dough by the spoonfuls on a baking sheet lined parchment paper.
  • Drizzle over with melted white chocolate if desired.
  • Place baking sheet in fridge until cookies are set.

Notes

Store any leftover cookies in an airtight container in the fridge.
