Mini Almond Joy Cups

Joy found in a healthier, no bake, protein filled treat! These mini cups are easy to make, require minimal ingredients and are loaded with your favorite almond joy flavor!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c Hazelnut Butter creamy
  • 1/2 c Coconut Oil melted
  • 1/4 c Coconut unsweetened/shredded
  • 1/4 c Chocolate melted
  • 60 g Complete Plant Protein Powder Chocolate Hazelnut
  • 1/3 c Almonds shaved or crushed

Instructions
 

  • Line a mini muffin pan with mini liners or lightly spray with oil.
  • Place 1 tbsp of nut butter into each mini cup as base layer.
  • In a small bowl, mix together melted coconut oil and shredded coconut.
  • Add coconut mixture on top of nut butter base in the cups.
  • Place in freezer for 20-30 minutes.
  • In a second small bowl mix together protein powder and melted chocolate.
  • After the cups are completely frozen/hard, add the protein-chocolate mixture as a top layer.
  • Sprinkle over with shaved or crushed almond clusters.
  • Freeze for 15-20 minutes.
