Healthier Cake Batter Cookie Dough

High protein, no baking, zero chickpeas needed and all the sprinkles! It’s a vegan friendly delight that comes without any guilt.

Ingredients
  

  • 30 g Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 2 tbsp Coconut flour
  • 1/4 c Nut Butter gooey or warmed
  • 2 tbsp DF Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • Rainbow Sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl whisk together the flour and protein powder.
  • Add in all remaining ingredients.
  • Use The Hamilton Beach Professional Hand Mixer to blend dough until thick and creamy!
  • Devour!
