Cinnamon Oatmeal Mug Cake

Healthy, high protein, cinnamon filled breakfast in cake form! This baked oats meets cinnamon roll recipe tastes exactly like your favorite snickerdoodle flavor and it is filled with hemp health benefits.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 c Oats
  • 30 G EvoHemp Hemp Protein Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/3 c Oat milk
  • 1/3 Banana mashed

Instructions
 

  • In a small glass bowl or ramekin, mix together all ingredients.
  • Place in microwave and cook on high for one minute.
  • Stir and cook for an additional minute.
  • If desired- top with nut butter, maple syrup and plant based milk of choice.
  • Sprinkle with extra cinnamon and devour!
