Cacao Coffee Bliss Balls

Superfood loaded and completely raw bites of energy that are sure to power you through the day between meals! Cacao and coffee blissfully paired and packed with nutrient dense ingredients and are naturally sweetened. No baking required!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 c Pecans raw
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts raw
  • 1 cup Oats rolled
  • 2 tbsp Cacao Powder Earth Echo Superfood Blend
  • 3/4 cup Dates pitted and chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp Coffee
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Place nuts, oats, cacao, and salt in the bowl of a food processor.
  • Pulse blend until all ingredients break down.
  • Add dates and a tablespoon of coffee until the mixture becomes thick and sticky. If mixture is too dry or crumbly, add another tablespoon of coffee.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Scoop tbsp sized servings of the mixture and roll it into balls.
  • Chill for at least an hour.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
