BANANA CARAMEL TOFFEE CUPS

Healthy chocolate cups loaded with banana and dates to make for a toffee crunch are a great way to get your sweet fix without the guilt! No baking, simple ingredients and completely vegan friendly.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup BareOrganics Extra Rich Cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup Coconut oil melted
  • 2 tbsp Date Syrup separated
  • 1/2 c Dates softened and unpitted
  • Banana ripe mashed

Instructions
 

  • Thoroughly mix together the cacao powder, coconut oil, and 1 tbsp of syrup until it is creamy and well blended into a chocolate mixture.
  • Drop 1-2 tbsp of the chocolate mixture into the cups.
  • In a food processor blend down dates with remaining tbsp of date syrup.
  • Press 1 tbsp down into each of the chocolate chips.
  • Add on mashed ripe banana to the date layer then top with remaining chocolate mix.
  • Place in the freezer until set!

Notes
