Apple Cinnamon Cereal Treats

Easy, high protein, gluten free and perfectly fitting for a fall kickoff treat! No baking is required and these bars only require three ingredients! Easily made vegan friendly.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 c Cashew butter gooey
  • 1/3 c Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 2-3 cups Kays Natural’s Apple Cinnamon Cereal

Instructions
 

  • Stove top or in the microwave, melt honey until it is warm and runny.
  • Stir in cashew butter until both are warm, liquid form and well mixed.
  • Pour into a bowl and add cereal 1 cup at a time.
  • Mixture should stay very gooey with cereal completely coated.
  • Press mixture into a parchment lined baking pan.
  • Place in fridge for 1 hour.
  • Remove from pan, cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Store extras in a sealed container in the refrigerator!
