I know many of you don’t necessarily enjoy spending hours in the kitchen everyday like me.. so here’s a saving grace recipe that takes less than 30 minutes and can last you all week.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Superfood Penne Noodles
- 2 oz Tuna
- 1/4 c Greek Yogurt plain
- 1/2 c Broccoli steamed and chopped
- 1/2 tsp Garlic seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 c Almonds sliced

Instructions
- Cook pasta according to the super quick and easy boxed directions.
- Strain and drain noodles into a medium sized bowl that has a lid.
- Add in tuna, broccoli and almonds.
- Separately mix together yogurt and spices.
- Add the mixed yogurt into the medium bowl.
- Cover with the lid and shake it up!
Recipe Notes
Once everything is evenly mixed devour on in… just times all the ingredients by 5 to make for the five weekdays! Store in the refrigerator!
