I’m about to truffle shuffle on over to happy land because the sun is shining and we MAAYYY be done with winter…
Happy land definitely includes hitting the trails with the pups… pending no rain to come, hopefully it’s a short dry spring?

Ingredients
- 3 oz Nut & Seed Bars approx 3-4total
- 1/4 c Rolled Oats
- 1/2 c Almond Butter gooey or warmed
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 60 G Protein Powder Vanilla
- Chocolate: melted
- Shredded Coconut unsweetened
- Sea Salt

Instructions
- In a large bowl stir together oats and protein powder.
- Crumble down seed & nut bars into pieces then mix in to large bowl.
- In a small bowl mix together almond butter and honey.
- Add wet mixture into large bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly.
- Using your hands form the mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls.
- Chill in freezer for 5-10 min then dip into melted chocolate and sprinkle over with coconut and sea salt.
- Place in fridge for 5-10 min or until chocolate hardens.
