Strawberry Pretzel Pops

Putting a stick in strawberry season…. Like putting a cork in it… get it?🍓

Okay not my best, but it’s been a long hot few days in the 90s (absolutely ZERO complaints here). 

WHAT SEASONAL FRUITS/VEG ARE YOU MOST EXCITED FOR?!

I’m definitely sad to see the season go without my favorite festivals able to occur, but that just means this fall queen gets to go all out for apple season coming up. 🙌🏻

.. but first let’s give strawberries the proper BEAT THE HEAT goodbye they deserve…

Instructions
  1. Process or blend together cream cheese and nut butter until smooth.
  2. Mix in the strawberries on a lower speed.
  3. Place heaping tablespoon fulls of the batter on a baking sheet.
  4. Crumble graham crackers in a small bowl.
  5. Sprinkle crumbles around all the dollops of batter.
  6. Place a pretzel stick in the middle of each one.
  7. Freeze until fully hard.
