In case you’re new here, regardless of season, I always want to be out West.
Soaking up the sun, hottest of heat, ocean views with mountain backgrounds.. thats my living ideal and travel type.
HOWEVER, SKI TRIPS SOUND SO FUN!
Every single year around the holidays I start to look at cabins and cottages that are in woodsy areas, with outdoor hot tubs and big cozy fireplaces.
You know, the types of homes on airbnb that make you want to cuddle up and make S’MORES.

- 2 c PopZero Cinnamon Toast Popcorn
- 6 oz Sugar Free Chocolate Baking Chips or 3 cubes chocolate almond bark
- 2 oz Cacao Butter Chips or coconut oil
- 1/4 c Marshmallows mini
- 1/4 c Golden Graham Cereal or crushed graham crackers
Ingredients

- Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a microwave safe dish, melt almond bark and cacao butter chips together (about 1-2 minutes) stirring regularly.
- Stir and pour 3/4 of the mixture in the lined baking pan.
- Sprinkle popcorn on top.
- Gently press popcorn down into the chocolate.
- Sprinkle cereal over next then drizzle the rest of the melted mixture on top with a spoon.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows over.
- Freeze for about 10 minutes or until firm then break into pieces!
Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer for up to 2 weeks.
