The insane cinnamon flavor that took over my kitchen from this heavenly mix… gone in sixty seconds could have been the name for this crunchy, sweet, addicting as ever goodness.
Instead I went with SLOW COOKER SNACK MIX- it just seemed more transparent.

Ingredients
- 2.5 oz Kays Protein Cereal Apple Cinnamon
- 1 c Pretzel Twists gluten free
- 1/3 c Graham crackers gluten free crushed
- 1/2 c Apple diced or thin slices
- 1/4 c Pecans whole or chopped
- 1/4 c Maple Syrup
- 1/4 c Coconut Oil melted
- 1 tsp nutmeg

Instructions
- In a 4-6 qt slow cooker, combined cereal, pretzels, apple pieces and nuts.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together maple syrup, melted coconut oil and nutmeg,.
- Pour over cereal mixture and stir until coated.
- Top with crushed graham crackers.
- Cook uncovered on medium for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
- Spread mixture out onto a cookie sheet to cool.
